Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 April 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BzzJob platform operated by BWEU Sp. z.o.o., Piotrkowska 80, 90-102 Łódź, Polska. Contact: support@bzzjob.com.
Service
BzzJob provides an online job platform where employers may publish vacancies and contact specialists, and specialists may create profiles or CVs, browse vacancies, apply for jobs, and respond to invitations.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and use the account only for lawful purposes. Employer users confirm that they are authorized to act for the company they represent.
Specialist profiles and CVs
Specialists are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their profile, CV, attachments, and application content. Specialists must not upload identity documents, sensitive personal data, unlawful content, malware, misleading information, or content that infringes third-party rights unless BzzJob explicitly provides a dedicated flow for that purpose.
Employer obligations
Employers must publish accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory job postings. Employers must not post fake jobs, misleading salary or visa claims, pyramid schemes, unlawful work arrangements, illegal recruitment fees, scams, or roles that violate employment, equality, immigration, consumer, or platform rules.
Employers may use candidate data received through BzzJob only for recruitment related to the relevant vacancy or invitation. Employers must protect candidate data, avoid unrelated marketing or resale, and delete data when it is no longer needed unless a lawful reason requires retention.
Payments
Paid features, subscriptions, credits, promotion tools, taxes, invoices, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown during purchase and by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Users must not use BzzJob for spam, scraping, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, illegal content, discriminatory content, fake identities, automated abuse, unauthorized data extraction, or attempts to bypass security or moderation controls.
Content license
Users keep ownership of their submitted content but grant BzzJob the rights needed to host, display, process, translate, moderate, and transmit that content for operating the service.
Moderation and restrictions
BzzJob may review, restrict, remove, demote, suspend, or terminate accounts, profiles, CVs, vacancies, applications, invitations, payments, or other content where content is illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, incompatible with these Terms, or harmful to the service or users.
Moderation may use manual review and technical tools. Where required, BzzJob will provide affected users with information about the decision and available redress options.
Illegal content reports and appeals
Users and third parties may report illegal content or Terms violations through the illegal content report form on the BzzJob website or through the support channel at support@bzzjob.com. A valid report should identify the content location, explain the alleged illegality or violation, provide contact details, and include a good-faith statement. Users affected by moderation decisions may contact support to request review.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how BzzJob processes personal data. Users should read it before using the service.
Availability and changes
BzzJob may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BzzJob is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, user-submitted content, employer decisions, candidate decisions, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by law.
Termination
Users may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to legal, security, accounting, and dispute-related retention requirements. BzzJob may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law unless mandatory consumer or employment-related laws provide otherwise.
Changes
BzzJob may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, or business model changes. Material changes may require notice or renewed acceptance where appropriate.
