Welcome to BzzJobThese Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website bzzjob.com and related services (the “Service”) provided by BzzJob Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• User — any individual using the Service.
• Candidate — a User seeking employment.
• Employer — a User posting jobs or searching for Candidates.
• Account — a personal account registered on the Service.
• Credits/Subscription — paid features that allow Employers to promote vacancies or contact Candidates.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person or entity.
• You may not upload or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or harmful content.
• You may not use the Service for spam, advertising unrelated to recruitment, or any illegal activity.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login and password secure.
• You must not share your Account with third parties.
• We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Paid Services

• Some features (e.g., job postings, highlighted listings, invitations) require payment by subscription or credits.
• Prices are displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Used credits and active subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (CVs, job postings, company details).
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it as necessary to operate the Service.
• You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store personal data.
• By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

7. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Service, including design, software, and branding, belong to BzzJob Sp. z o.o..
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that a job will be found or a vacancy will be filled.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

• You may delete your Account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
• Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland.
